Job description:
 plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities of practice
staff.
 oversees staff training and monitors training needs.
 takes responsibility for health and safety matters within the company.
 organises duty rosters for professional and support staff.
 liaises with relevant outside organisations (e.g., NHS trust, Council, social
services, external care home, professional bodies).
 responsible for allocating temporary care workers to on demand jobs.

Eligibility:
 Degree in any subjects
 Excellent commutation and writing Skill.
 Fluent in English
 Can work under pressure • Team-player.
