Job description:
Provide technical support to all employees via telephone, email, and in- person Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently Configure, install, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, peripherals, and network devices Assist with general network maintenance & hardware changes Document all support activities, including the nature of the request, steps taken to address the issue, and final resolution
Maintain office website
Eligibility:
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Excellent communication skills
Experience in relevant field
