Job description:

  • Provide technical support to all employees via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Assist with general network maintenance & hardware changes.
  • Document all support activities, including the nature of the request, steps taken to address the issue, and final resolution.
  • Maintain office website.

 

Eligibility:

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
