Job description:
- Provide technical support to all employees via telephone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, peripherals, and network devices.
- Assist with general network maintenance & hardware changes.
- Document all support activities, including the nature of the request, steps taken to address the issue, and final resolution.
- Maintain office website.
Eligibility:
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
